Manoj has over 15 years of experience in the staffing industry and has been instrumental in setting up companies from scratch and growing them to self-sustained, profit making businesses. He brings in a rich experience which includes Sales/Marketing, Business Operations, Team building, Account Management, Service Delivery and Social Networking. In the past he has been involved in the following roles:

MoneyTreeTrading.com (an eLearning company offering online courses to learn financial markets), Founder & CEO.
Vutomo Technologies Pvt. Ltd (developing software products for video interviews for employment), Co-founder & CEO.
Talent Acquisition Services Co Pvt Ltd (a leading player in India providing permanent recruitment solutions), Co-founder & Director.

He is an active participant in the financial market and has published several courses on investing and mutual funds. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from IIT Bombay (Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai).
